By using the services of Finesse Appeals Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appeal Submission: Once your appeal has been generated and submitted by Finesse Appeals Ltd on your behalf, it becomes your responsibility to monitor the progress of the appeal. We will, however, keep you informed of any updates or correspondence we receive in relation to your case.

Outcome of Appeal: Should your appeal be unsuccessful, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the original fine is paid in full and on time. Finesse Appeals Ltd will not, under any circumstance, cover the cost of the fine or any associated penalties.

Accuracy of Information: By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided to Finesse Appeals Ltd is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that submitting false or misleading information may result in your appeal being rejected, and any repercussions, including legal or financial consequences, will fall solely on you.

Limitation of Liability: Finesse Appeals Ltd is not liable for any losses, fines, penalties, or damages incurred as a result of a rejected appeal, late payment, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Our role is to support the preparation and submission of appeals based solely on the information provided by you.

Service Fee: A non-refundable fee of £0.99 is charged per appeal submitted via our platform. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs of generating and submitting your appeal. No refunds will be issued once the appeal has been submitted.

Communication: We will communicate updates via the email address and/or phone number you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and to check your messages and emails regularly for updates relating to your appeal.
